From Mediplay Connect: Administration » Players and Locations Change the player name, resolution and/or background by clicking on the appropriate action located in same row as the player name. Only Subscriber Admins can add/edit player information. Change the location operating hours by clicking the appropriate action at the top right.
Yes. Using the Groups feature in Mediplay Connect, you are able to assign library topics to a group of players/locations, rather than assigning them individually. You are not able to assign custom messages and ticker messages to a group, but you are able to schedule them to multiple players at once by simply checking the box
