Add and Edit Users

To add or edit Users within your network, follow the instructions below.

  1. Log into Mediplay Connect 
  2. Click Administration
  3. Click Manage Users

To Edit and existing user, click on the users name or click the Edit button on that same row. (Please note: Only the Primary User and Subscriber Admin Users are able to add/edit Users)

To add a new user, click Add New User link.  You will then be asked to enter a name, email address and set the Permission level and password.  Information on Permission levels is listed below.

Permission levels:

Subscriber Admin = This User has access to all players/locations; can create new users, add players to groups and update location information.  Full Administrative control.

User = Select the specific Locations and/or Groups that you would like this User to have access to.  No Administrative control.
