The instructions on this page are for the mp330 media player:
If the media player is connected to the TV/Display using an HDMI cable, you are good to go! The HDMI cable is designed to transmit both video and audio.
If the media player is connected to the TV/Display using a DVI or RGB cable, a 3.5mm audio cable must be connected from the Audio-Out on the media player, to the PC Audio-In on the back of your TV/Display.
Although any 3.5mm audio cable will work, we are offering it for free to all current subscribers!
Please note: Whether playing music, or videos with sound, the volume is to be set manually using the TV/Display’s on-screen controls.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Mediplay Support Team.
