Login to Mediplay Connect

Mediplay Connect is your online content management site. Even prior to your installation, you can get a head start on your programming.

When your media player is shipped, the Primary User will receive a welcome email from us, including login information for Mediplay Connect.

On the Mediplay website , you will find the login tab on the far right side of the menu bar. Before you log in, you may want to view the How-To Videos for some brief tutorials on the different customizable features of your new system.

Once logged in, the Primary User has the ability to add additional users.

Navigation

Administration: Manage users, groups and players.
Content: Add, edit, remove topics and custom messages.
Ticker: Add, edit, remove ticker messages.
Support: Directs you here, to the Mediplay Support Wiki.

Forgot Your Password?

Visit the Mediplay Connect login page and click I Forgot my Password under the login field. Enter your email address, then click Send Me My Password.
