If your media player is offline (lost it’s internet connection), the local weather in the top righthand corner of your screen and your Ticker messages at the bottom of the screen will not appear.
If you are not experiencing network outages throughout your office, then we recommend rebooting your media player.
To reboot, locate the media player and press the power button once and release. After approximately 10 seconds, the media player should power down. If it does not, please press and hold the power button until the media player fully powers down. Once powered off, press the power button again to turn the media player back on.
Once content is playing fullscreen, verify if the local weather and Ticker messages are being displayed. If both are still missing, please contact your network administrator. Possible causes could be that the password for your wireless internet has been changed, your wireless router has been changed or the wired network connection is no longer active.
If you are using a wireless network connection, see Accessing your wireless network settings.
If you are using a wired network connection, ask your network administrator whether the data line connected to your media player is still active.
