What happens if my media player fails?

In most cases, we are able to resolve the issue remotely. If you have any questions, comments or concerns about your media player, contact Mediplay Support.

However, if the media player becomes non-functional during the first year of your contract, we will replace it at no charge (you only pay for shipping) and we include a pre-paid return shipping label so you can ship the broken player back to us.
