Why isn’t my content fitting on the screen?

As part of the installation process, you are asked to select the optimum resolution for your TV. Once you have determined this resolution, login to Mediplay Connect, choose Administration » Players and Locations » Change Resolution.

If your media player has been installed for some time and the content is now no longer fitting on the screen properly, check the following:

• Use the TV’s remote control to adjust the Picture / Display Size (ex. Fill, Full, Just Scan)
• Verify that the resolution you have set in Mediplay Connect matches the resolution set on the player
