It’s easy to upload your own videos to Mediplay Connect. Once uploaded, they will be stored in your subscriber library at the top of the main video library page. They are then able to be assigned to a media player or group, just like any other video in the library.
Below, you will find video format / size specifications, as well as detailed instructions on how to add your own videos to your subscriber library within Mediplay Connect.
Video Format / Size Specifications:
- Maximum File Size: 500MB
- Maximum Duration: 20 minutes
- Accepted Formats: .mov / .mp4 / .mpg
To add videos to your library:
- Log into Mediplay Connect
- Click Content, then Videos
- Select Upload Your Videos
- Enter a title for the video
- Enter a description for the video
- Click Add File, then select the file from your computer and click open
- Click Upload
You will receive an email alerting you that your video has been added to your personal library and it is ready for you to assign it to your screens. This will take less than 10 minutes.
Note: This feature is not available on older model media players, including the mpMini and Acer models. If you have any questions, or if you would like information on upgrading your media player, please email: support@mediplay.com
